4 Valverde au Laos

Asus M70VM.
Ce nom barbare désigne l’ordinateur (portable) de mes rêves. Voici la bête :

Mais horreur, il n’est toujours pas disponible en France! Le sera-t-il avant notre départ?

Je ne cesse d’appeler la seule boutique qui prévoit de le vendre sur Aix et… toujours rien à l’horizon. Il devait être disponible le 14 juillet. Or, depuis début juillet, Je surveille son évolution. Et comme il n’est pas sorti le 14, je le traque sur internet. Mais il a été reporté du 18 au 24 juillet

Et aujourd’hui, toujours rien. Ou plutôt, ce modèle qui me faisait rêver ne sera pas du tout distribué en France par Asus! C’est une version différente du même modèle qui sortira ici, sans le tuner tv intégré, dans la semaine du 17 août. Bon, c’est juste que je ne pourrai pas regarder la TV Thaï et Lao sur mon PC portable

En attendant, ça fait 3 jours que je suis sans ordinateur.
Je tiens le coup.
Au moins, ça me motive pour finir les cartons!

Asus M70MV is the laptop I dream to have (at the moment). Will it be available before we leave? I keep phoning the only store that will sell it in Aix. Still nothing. It was supposed to be released on the 14th of july. Since the beginning of the month, I kept an eye on its whereabouts. When it wasn”t released on the 14th, I’ve been hunting it on internet as well. But it was rescheduled for the 18-24th july

Today? Still nothing. Or rather, I just learnt that Asus won’t even be release this model in France! A different version will be sold here, without the TV tuner, starting from the 17th of August. Oh well, I won’t be able to watch Thai or Lao TV on my laptop

It’s been 3 days since I’m PCless.
I’m holding on.
At least, this motivates me to finish packing and moving the cardboard boxes!
